ORACLE SYSTEMS ACCOUNTANT/MANAGER

Oracle 11i Systems Accountant required for a dynamic company, to focus on continuous improvement of the core accounting and management reporting systems. Candidates must challenge and improve the current finance processes, developing and implementing system solutions, and eliminating manual working practices. The candidate will also maintain and administer Oracle Financials, providing functional support and training to end-users, overseeing UAT of patches/upgrades and maintaining the integrity of the financial information. Strong liaison skills are essential, as the role works with the senior finance and IT teams. As well as experience of the core financial modules (GL, AP, AR, CM), this person will support and develop reports for Oracle Discoverer. A Finance background is essential (Part-Qual or Newly Qualified), as are strong SQL/VBA skills in MS Excel and Access.
