FRM-40735: ON-Insert trigger raised unhandled exce

FRM-40735: ON-Insert trigger raised unhandled exce

Dear All,
I am using PROD instance, and while creating an element it gives the error..
"FRM-40735: ON-Insert trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403" plz tell me how to overcome this error and one more thing, In the element description the primary classification LOV displays only Balance initialization as the selectable classification not showing the earnings deductions and information classification options. Remember that i am using the Responsibility Global Super HRMS User. Plz help me..
