Self Services, need your suggestions please

My brothers I am working in an institution applying ERP
In (Finance, HRMS, Inventory, OLM, OTL).
As a part of the HRMS we have self-service module.
We are currently starting a project to develop the system of self-service by adding a number of new services for our staff members.

What I want here is your suggestions for this new services.
Knowing that we now have the following services:

1 - request for leave
2 - Request return leave
3 - the amendment of personal data and functional
4 - Amendment to the data of education and qualifications
5 - the amendment to the Passport and Residence data
6 - Request tickets annually
7 - Request salary certificate or a certificate to interested
8 - requeste for permission during office hours

The nature of the institution is overseeing the meaning of sports clubs and sports federations
The employee we may have a normal or coach in a game or a player or head of the Federation or a member of the Union
Therefore I hope that my brothers to add here your suggestions and advices
