Dear Al-ruwaished,
Oracle creates Consolidation Sets as a title to name a certain payroll run and for reportsing purposes.
That is, If you define more than one consolidation set, then you can run the Label the Payroll Runs according to these consolidation sets. This would make a Payroll Run more specific. Thus, Payroll Run Results would be segregated according to this run.
