What are the tracks to become HRMS Consultant?

What are the requirements to become HRMS <b>Consultant </b> in the following areas,

1) HRMS <b>Functional </b> Consultant.
2) HRMS <b>Technical </b> Consultant.
3) HRMS DBA .

all HRMS consultant please share your information here.

Dears,

For a Person to become Professional HRMS Functional Consultant, he/she needs:
1) Good understanding of HRMS Business & Concepts
2) Ability to streamline Business Processes and Knowledge of Best Practices
3) Professionality with HRMS Oracle Applications (Mainly core HR and Payroll)
4) Knowledge of Case & Unit Testing
5) Knowledge of Data Migration from legacy systems to Oracle HRMS(Preferable)
6) Good Documentation Skills (Oracle AIM or ABF Methodology)
7) Good Presentation Skills

and of course if you are a starter and want to go into HRMS track, then all above points are valid also but for point 3, at least you need to be familiar with Oracle forms.
