People Number Generation using Fast Formula

There are a lot of way to generate employee number or people number in oracle HRMS in people windows like the following:-

1- manual.
2- automatically.

also there is other way base on person type using customization fast formula, if any one have this please share with all our member in erpstuff, thanks for all

i receive a lot of email asking me about Employee Number.
with my experience I found the best way to setup the employee number as manual first than after loading all your employee data reset it to automatic.
