Payroll transaction and other oracle Module

I received many question in my private email asking, Who can we Handle Payroll transaction whit all oracle module.
Again please put your question in erpstuff.com it easy form me to see it and ather member, any way From me 10 years experience in accounting with Saudi auditing firm company, The best way to handle the Payroll transaction between oracle module.

1) from Payroll to GL transaction

Debit payroll expenses A/C
Credit any meddle A/C in GL

2) Must be in Account Payable (AP)
Debit meddle A/C
Credit Payroll Accrual A/C

3) Must be in Cash Management module (CM)
Debit Payroll Accrual A/C
Credit Bank A/C
please any one have better then this share your knowledge her.

I just want an example on the three scenarios (GL, AP, and Cash Management) Payroll Transactions explaining the accounts and how we can handle them.

Debit payroll expenses A/C
Credit to Salary Payable A/C
2. from Account Payable(AP)
Debit to Salary Payable A/C
Credit to Bank
