Mr. Admin you mean to say that upload as creating standard invoices against the suppliers, on which date or a period

Salam,
Say you calendar is from 01-JUL-08 to 30-JUN-09 and you have to upload opening balances so you will have to,

1- Enter/upload closing balances as on 30-JUN-08 in 30-JUN-08 which will be opening balances on 01-JUL-08.
2- Points need to be considered that there will be few invoices which are paid but not fully paid. Like for example invoice of Rs. 1000 and you made payment of Rs. 800 in your legacy (existing application) system. Now you have to take decision from your finance department that do they need to upload full invoice of Rs. 1000 and then pay Rs. 800 in Oracle or just upload Rs. 200.

Hope the confusion is clear now if still do let us know. Thanks
