File server Connection Error in ADI Request Center

Hi,

Installed ADI (Application Desktop Integrator) for Windows vista, working fine, only the issue is when I submit FSG or any concurrent request from Request Center, completed Status Normal, and When I click Publish Report button - "Retrieving output file from server" and immeditately one note will popup " An error occurred while attempting to establish an Applications File Server Connection. There may be a network configuration problem, or the TNS listener may not be running."

Kindly advise, anybody got this error and how to solve this issue? I want this output file to be viewed in Excel File through ADI.
