eligibility and automatically link!!!

Oracle payroll capabilities does not suport formula based eligibility element link, and in case the element is to be automatically linked based on multiple factor (e.g. grade, nationality, etc.) a number of links have to be cearte based on all the possible permutation (e.g number of grades * number of nationality). also links does not support <u></u><b></b>variable factors.<b></b><u></u> any member have way to do this please share with us your information here!
