how i get updated price in po?

Hi,
I created a pr. After this when a update price in quotaion, I did not get that price in po which i create using autocreate option.Although it working in clone.The item is define in ASL and the quotation is link with supplier.I m waiting for quick reponse.Any suggestion will be appritiated.
