Report Security if Request group Is Same

hi to all..
please can any one is know the function settings for providing security to report without hard coding it in report...
my client requirement is like that it has two different application user accessing the same responsibility and same request group in the request group we are assigning one concurrent request program that program is accessible to only one user only from SRS window for another user it should not be access.

There is no Standard Option available . you need to hard code it or you can do personalization on request submission form.

Example
Create a New Profile Option Name (Cust_Security_Report)
Create a Value Set With Level of Users E.G. Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3
Do Personalization on Request Submission Form

If Profile Option Assigned at User Level is Level 3
Then
Show Error Message "You are Not Allowed To Submit This Report"
