Why define bank at OM responsibility?

Hi

Can anyone please explain me the purpose of Defining bank in
Order Management?

Isnt collection is done at Receivables then why we need to define a seprate bank at OM level?

Or is there one internal bank only which can be defined from both responsibility?

(N): Setup > Receipts > Bank (is Receivables)

and

(N): Setup > Payment > Bank (in OM)
