OPM - Production Rule

Scenario:
I am manufacturing one product from different four formulas in the different quantities under same organisation.
We r not running the MRP module.
But while executing the batch we got that batch automatically scaled up to that quantity set in Production rule.
Under one organisation we can not define the production rule of different quantities.
So please tell me how can I get the product of different quantities from diferent formulas.
Example:

Item TEST

Organization DMP

Std Quantity as defined in the production rule = 2100 (based on your feed back)

This item is yielded under multiple formulas in DMP organization as follows:
Formula ? F1

Item & Quantity ? TEST ? 1025 KGM
Formula ? F2

Item & Quantity ? TEST ? 1800 KGM
Formula ? F3

Item & Quantity ? TEST ? 2800 KGM
Formula ? F4

Item & Quantity ? TEST ? 2100 KGM

So please give me the solution for this.
