Can anyone explain me the task carried out by support team Order to Cash functional consultant?

Hi Aravind,

The support team technically assist the Customer service representatives sits in big shops andcreates orders and all the stuff for a perticular company.This is a good profession.

For example:
If Customer representative is not able to create or ship or invoice any oder they ask support team .

The answer provided by satish is absolutely right and I would like to add what ever the end user faces problem you need to resolve.

For example: User is trying to book the order price is not coming then you need to fix the problem by adding the item in price list this is a small example
