Impairment of Assets

Impairment of Assets

Hi

Presently i am using 11.5.10.2. I am planning to work Impairment Functionality. But i am not able to see Impairment.

In User Guide they recommended Patch. 4970145

If this Patch is applied then only will work on that or What?
