Data Security in Oracle Standard Reports

We have 1500 Branches. We want user belonging to a particular branch should be able to access data from that branch only. At forms we have achieved this through form personalization. Can we also restrict data viewing in reports, such that user can only view data for his Branch.

PS: we are implementing Financial only and segment1 of account KFF captures the branch name
