Guide on to customize the BOM form as view only

I need guidance on how to customize the bill of material form as view only. I need to control my user to direct perform amendment to the bill of materials.

Hi,

Go to Application developer responsibility #61664; application #61664; Function

Query the bill of material form and go to form tab and write in parameters text box

QUERY_ONLY="YES"
