supplementary invoice

Dear all,

we have some AR invoices where we there are some price changes, so now we need to issue a supplementry invoice for the price change alonwith excise and taxes.

my question is how can we pass a manual supplementry invoice, coz we are not using any price list. Also while passing a supplementry invoice will it automatically update the RG register?? Also will it make any difference in inventory coz we have to give quantity details also for making manual iinvoice.

hope my issue presentation is clear, so my humble request to all gurus to please help me out.
