Out side Processing

Post by phani »

Hi,

At discrete Job level with Out side Processing Item (OSP), with charge type as PO MOVE, when the Job was released PO requisition is getting generated. It was autocreated and received to shopfloor.

My Problem is Intra operation is not taking place and not allowing the move transactions.

Could any one please help me.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi phani,

Just wondering if you found the solution to your problem.

If you have it will be a good if you can mention what was the problem and how it was solved.

IF not, just courious:-

The component / Item you want to send for OSP - Does it have inventory qty?

The component / Item you want to send for OSP - Is it defined as an OSP item?

The component / Item you want to send for OSP - Is it a component in a BOM?

The component / Item you want to send for OSP - Is it a completed assembly or subassembly completed and needs OSP.

The Component / Item you wnat to send for OSP - What is the supply type - in the op sequence did it backflush.

The component / Item you want to send for OSP - Will the OSP item come back / recieved to shop floor again to complete the job?

isolate the problem.
