Report in Excel

I have an inventory report with the Excel as the ouput. One of the column is Part Number. The example of data like this

The problems are:
1. How i can visible the '0' in Excel for the 0541688?. I try to add " ' " character but in excel the " ' " is display(so strange, right?) example: '0541688
2. How i can make the all the part number become left alignment(as char, not number)?
