Inventory Entries and Transfer to GL

Hi gurus

Can someone tell me how can I see the accounting entries regarding Inventory receipts and issuance. How can I transfer data to GL from inventory and purchasing.

dear

you can see Accounting entries in Material transaction window then click on distribution button u wil get acc.

Accounting close cycle > General ledger transfer

You can see the Accounting Entries in GL without closing the Period by running the concurrent Program 'Create Accounting' from Purchasing Responsibility or from Cost Management Reponsibility.

Many thanks to your reply. I am unable to find any data in Material Distribution window. I have completed the whole transactin process from Purchase to Issue.

Dear brother not yet, acutally i have pointed out another thing and needs some help in this regards.
In organization parameters, we have two accounts among others
1)Material Account
2)Expense account

Can you tell me about nature of expense account, Material Account is Asset account (stock in trade in may case) What about nature of expense Account?

please check your cost Manager its running or not ?

I have run the cost manager,its two actual cost worker completed normally, however cost manager itself is not getting completed and showing the status pending-schedueled

How to check that my inventory receipt and issuance has acutally been average out after these transactions.
Secondly how to transfer the inventory transaction record to GL

You can transfer Inv tranx to GL

by Accounting close cylce> General Ledger transfer

then from GL Import it
Journal>Import>Run Source = Inventory, All GroupID

click Import.

do u have Team viewer software so u can share your desktop easily.
just u need to provide the user ID & Pwd from the Team viewer.
