A retired Asset cannot be reinstated

A retired Asset cannot be reinstated

An asset had two retirements in the single open current period but when we tried to reinstate it one retirement was sucessfully reinstated but
the second did not happen gave an error : APP-OFA-48397 Program exited with
errors.

try to reinstate using combine cost of the the both retirements... instead of reinstating one by one.
