Diagnostic option not available

Dear All,

Diagnostic Option in Help menu is not available, navigation is as follow:

Help > Diagnostic Option

Please help me, how can I access this option.

Hi, Diagnostic option will be visible when you open java applet form, it will not be visible on the login page.
If it is not visible on your form, then let me know.
