To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:

1. Ensure that Patch 3127042 11i.JTT.E has been applied on the system. Ensure that the Apache
server cache has been cleared and bounced

2. Confirm the following setup has been completed below attempting to access Oracle Sales Online

a. As System Administrator, go to Application -> Responsibilities
The Sales Online responsibility should point to ASF_MAIN_MENU

b. The profile "FUNCTION_SECURITY_REGION" should be set as ASF_FUNC_SEC_REG at application level for Oracle Sales Online.

c. The profile "OSO: Application Utility Class" should be set as "oracle.apps.asf.util.OsoAppUtility" at application level for Oracle Sales Online.

d. As AK developer(or Application Developer Common Modules), click on Define Regions.
Make sure there is region ASF_FUNC_SEC_REG for Application Name Oracle Sales Online

e. Make sure that the menu ASF_OPPORTUNITY_MAIN is included in the responsibility accessing Oracle Sales Online

3. Delete PROFILE_OPTION_CACHE and PROFILE_OPTION_VALUE_CACHE component caches using the following steps:

See if you have the following cache components in jtf_prefab_ca_comps_b

1. PROFILE_OPTION_CACHE
2. PROFILE_OPTION_VALUE_CACHE

SQL> select component_key from jtf_prefab_ca_comps_b where component_key like '%PROFILE%OPTION%';

If you do, please delete them:

delete from jtf_prefab_ca_comps_b where component_key like '%PROFILE%OPTION%';

Then bounce your entire instance, including your database, and make sure you clear Apache cache.
This will force the cache regeneration from the source java files. Also, clear the client cache as follows:

A. Shut down all your browsers, mail clients, etc.
B. Delete the cookies files
C. Delete all files from the browser cache directory
