oracle apps installations on windows 2003 R2

can anybody tell how to intal oracle apps on windows 2003 Release 2, if they had screen shoots etc it would be beneficial to have that. hoping Ur reply soon.

Pls make sure u have C++ compiler and port of unix commands like which, at installed on your computer before u begin. These can be delivered by cgywin(freeware) or MKS Toolkit(Licensed S/w).

Then follow along the platform specific install guide for the version of Apps u r planning.
