Ques: As functional consultant how do you deal with angry client?

It is a rule that a consultant needs to be polite under all the circumstances, especially when the client is angry.
Irrespective of whose side the fault is, handle the situation with a motive of "How to resolve it now" rather than blaming each other for the issue.
Having said that, every consultant is a human being, prone to emotions.... there will be times where you need to stand up and teach the client, on thier professional manners.
There is no short cut to it....
It comes only by experience....
