Organization hirarchy

Hi all,

I need help in following scenario


1. Define Business Group
2. Define Organization
3. Define Organization Hirarchy

Problem is when I selecte open editor of Diagrammer for varification of organization hirarchy then computer going in idle position....


Can any one who help in this scenario

Dear Amir,

What help you need regarding defining Organization and Business Group? You can not define them?

Please all memebers make your question specific in order to answer correctly and to the point.

For the Diagrammer problem, I guess it is something related to your pc or laptop performance. What is the specifications for your laptop/pc? or it could be that your database server is too slow?

First I thanks for your reply, actually I am new one on the erp forum may be I did't explain well to my problem. Now, I will try my best that i explain in well manner to my question.

I am working on Production server..

I have been completed following task for organizaion hierarchy.

1. I have been defined BG used organization type = Business group
2. Defined organizations one by one used organization type = division,
department and units.

3. after completion above steps, I defined organization hierarchy

now, when I used Organization>diagrammer>open editor then my system not response


you asked about my system specification, sir it's sufficient because when I adopt same way on the vission instance then it's shown on the system...

I hope know you understand my problem.

Dear Amir,

Actually I did not face such a problem, but my question does this behavior also occurs in other forms?

Try to let your DBA compile the Apps Schema (Invalid Objects). I guess it might help.

I defined position hierarchy also and run diagrammer it's open successfully.

We also faced same problem,,,we have to apply a patch..Pl see metalink for further information
