looking for solution to accept buy qty

Hi all,

We had some items, these items approved by customer to buy outside. Is ATO model or any way can help to buy the item outside and able to receive into the system. currrently we treat items as 'Buy only' but it is reserving capacity. Is there any solution to accept outside buy qty into system. It must not reserve any of capacity.
