Logon Failed

I have installed ERP on linux. It was running successfully. Now after a long gap of 4 weeks when I tried to login as sysadmin, it refused to login with a message of 'Logon Failed". I am new in ERP field and installed this server for testing purpose.
Can anyone guide me, what procedure should be followed to resolve this problem.

Did you create any other user id? or you were working in sysadmin userid earlier? Did you change the password for sysadmin?

Try with operations/welcome. If you had worked earlier, then the problem should be in the password.
