Whether it is possible to maintain 1000crore employee records in Apps HRMS 11i?

I am having a idea to start a business where i have to treat every one as my employee in HRMS, which is satisfying most of my requirement, So I had asked whether it is possible to maintain 1000crore employee records in Apps HRMS 11i?

You want to add employees alone in HRMS or ....

Neverthless, my answer is 'Yes' as long as you have enough database space, but performance?
