please; how to found the name of any any element to use that in development of formula;example when i use asg_grade how to know that and not use for example Emp_grade or Per_grade...i means where i can found the name exactly of any element...there is an interface or specially screen or anything other

Dear Sami,

At first, please you should distinguish between database items (such as ASG_GRADE and ASG_SALARY) which you are referring to, and Element (such as Basic Salary and Transportation Allowance).

1) You can find all Database items with their description in the Write Formulas screen from the Database items button
2) Starting by ASG means that it is related to employee assignment.
3) You can use Quick Paint Reports to test and see the output of each database item for any employee.
