Hi,

Auditing is available on both tiers (AppsTier, DBTier) on apps we can see who has changed, what has changed and when it is changed on user/responsibility/form lelvel like date by using seeded reports which can be modified as per our own reqruirement.

But in database if you want auditing yes you can also do but it is space consuming and performance will impact, you can choose which table and important columns needs to be audited.
