Description Item update

Hi,

When I update an item's description in master items, it doesn't change in on hand quantity.

My question is how to have the same description in on hand quantity after I update it in master items?

Hi,

Go to Inventory super user > Item attribute control

search Attribute Name : Description . you might have set at 'org level' so change it to 'Master Level'.

This setup change will reflect change in Description in ONAHND Screen (Onahnd is always at Org level)

Thank for your idea, but it was already set at master level.

Please note that the description at org level and master level are the same, but they are different from the description shown in on hand quantity, after I updated it ?????[?]
