Error in Fixed Asset transactions after upgrade to

Error in Fixed Asset transactions after upgrade to

Hi Guys

I am getting error in fixed asset trasaction after upgrading the system from 11.5.10 to 12.1.2.

I am getting this error when I do trasactions like addtions, transfer, reclassification and all other asset trasactions.

Following is the error I am getting. Please help me if anybody has any clue regarding this issue.

Use security check box is unchecked and plicy function field is grayed out by default.

Dear Ajeesh,

this should be some thing to do with the patches / scripts applied during up grade .... As a functional consultant, it is highly impossible to figure out the cause / solution unless it is a reported/known issue document in Metalink.
However do check this note ... even though it is not related to Fixed Assets .. 743274.1
