Unable to log in in Metalink

Unable to log in in Metalink

Hi,
I have a very weird prob.When ever i try to log in Oracle Metalink from home, the site never opnes beyond the login page.
I have a valid user name ,password & CSI.
It is related with some IE settings or something else??
Plz help.
