How to Enable or Define Country & Currency in R12

Hi to All, I am in Implementation now, while defining Legal Entity i am unable to see the countries. how can i define the Country and please tell me the process? please reply me, urgent?

Attach responsibility ?Legal Entity Manager? or ?Legal Entity Admin?

After Defining responsibility it takes time to allow you to enter into the Jurisdiction.

Define Profile Option for ?Legal Entity Admin?

1.LE: Generate legal entity identifier and Enable it by =?YES?
2.HZ: Generate party number = Yes
3.LE: Change Effectivity = Yes
4.IEX: Default Country = ?Your Country?
5.OSO: Default Country = ?Your Country?
6.OTS: Default Country = ?Your Country?

Save.

After above follow these steps.

1.Go to ?Legal Entity Admin? responsibility
2.Go to Lookup or Define Lookups
3.Search for ?XLE_REG_CODE? in type
4.Add ?NTN? as Code and ?National Tax Number? as Meaning. Give description as ?(your tax authority) i.e FBR? and save

5.Search for ?XLE_REG_CODE_EST? in type.
6.Add ?NTN? as Code and ?National Tax Number? as Meaning. Give description as ?(your tax authority) i.e FBR? and Save.

7.Go to Jurisdiction
8.Select Federal from category blow and click GO
9.Search Pakistan in Territory
10.Select Identifying as YES
11.Give Pakistan as Name
12.Select Legal Entity Registration Code as National Tax Number(your tax authority) i.e FBR
13.Click Apply


After all above try to do your work.
