Oracle Implementation Charges.

Dear All,

I want to know the implantation charges to implement any module of oracle as free lance consultants. If someone have expertise in PeopleSoft and have a project to implement the same, what would be the charges he/she can render for his/her services.
I will appreciate if your guys review this different topic and add comments accordingly.
