how to upload salary increases

hi,

we are working in oracle applications 11i.

we use the batch element entry form in oracle hrms to upload deductions and other elements that can be nonrecurring.

is there a specific oracle element that i can use to upload the increments or the new pay value to all staff ??? (instead of using the enter and maintain form for each one)

or any other way please.....
