For creating an expense item the attributes like stockable and inventory asset value is disabled is it correct.Also want to know during PO Reciept corrections for Expense item is possible?.

It is coreect that item attributes like Inventory Item, Stockable, Transactable would be not be checked
You can do Receipt corrections for such items
