Unit price in SO

Hi Friends,

AS soon as we book the SO with exsisting item or newly defined item, the unit price for the item is picked as 15.00? iam little worry from where it is picking the deafault value as Res. 15.00.

Please can anyone help in this regard.

Please check price List, you may have attached the value 15 in Price list and the same price list is attached to Order type which you are using

Thanks for the reply, but i would like clear few things:

I have nt defined any unit price for the item and item is not assigned to any price list and nor price list is attached to tansaction type.

I did this tansaction in vision instance, where i just created item at INV responsibility and performed a transaction in OM , as soon as u enter into OM lines and select item u will see the default unit price for the item is Rs. 15.

this is corporate price list from defaulting source or transaction type where you can find price list mentioning price list

Price list define in 2 level.

Item level & category level.

When we create any item default category is attached.

if we create a price list for default category.

Then no need to define any item level price list but every item has same price.
