error 140:FA_MASS_ADDITIONS is an invalid Inte

Get error 140:FA_MASS_ADDITIONS is an invalid Integrator Key.

In EBS 11i 11.5.10.2 if you want to use Web ADI to upload assets and there are no integrators then you need to apply patch 4059966 and its pre requisites.
