Adding fields in FA_MASS_ADDITIONS 11i?

By default in 11i in FA_MASS_ADDITIONS different fields are not there as compare to R12 like DEPRN_METHOD_CODE, LIFE_IN_MONTHS if you don't want to apply default at category level then you have to add. To add you will apply patch which will only add in the table but not in ADI template so manual scripts will be required to update fields,

Apply standalone Patch:5106223 for 11i patchsets M, N, O and P (check the readme for important pre-requisites!)
