Hi,
I want to know how to care of the (EID holidays) in payroll,
for example: An employee takes leave from (20-Aug-2011) to (19-sep-2011) which will be like 30 days but because there are 3 days for EID which will not be counted, I would like to know how to take care of this.

Dear Jamal,
Ther is no standard functionality to achieve your requirement.
Workaround:
You can create a User Defined Table with column as the Year ( like 2011,2012 etc.,) and rows as EID Holiday1, EID Holiday2 etc., and in the value you can give the exact leave dates.(like 10-Aug-2011 etc.,)
In BG_ABSENCE_DURATION fast formula, we can write custom logic to take of these EID holidays.
