GL - Summary Accounts

Post by anu_uma »

Can anyone guide me on the Creation of Summary Accounts ?

I have created the Rollup Groups,

Then tried to add the Summary Accounts

where I am getting the below error

The rollup group "HEADCOUNT" is not defined in value set: "NEW ACCOUNT"
STPM0002: The template "D-T-D-HEADCOUNT-T-T" references 1 undefined rollup group(s)

Pls suggest me the solution and also the steps to define the summary accounts.

Hi Admin,

When I need to freeze the Rollup options ? While entering the values or after entering the values?

I have not enabled it.

Open the Flexfield segments window and search for AFF where you define the segments and freeze the flexfield and there is a checkbox there. Thanks
