tax codes did,t appear in entering to item master

when i try to setup tax code for items for purchasing purpose ,i did,t found any list of value

from inventory responsibility ---))master items ---)))) from purchasing tab ---))))) when try to enter the input tax clasiffication code i did,t found any value and give message no list of value
