How to handle the stock that is transfer to Exhibi

How should i handle the stock that is transfer from one location (Shop) to exhibition. In case of sale at exhibition that sale should be recorded at shop. Please advice.

Create a subinventory named "Exhibition" and then proceed for
sub inventory transfer

Once the transfer is done, Sales order can choose to use the subinventory 'Exhibition" as the source

A good Solution. But is there any possibility to generate / Customise a document like a Delivery Challan, while doing a Sub inventory Transfer ?
