Hi Dear
there are two way to treminate the avtive assigment or end employment
1- fast path

fastpath-?end employment

2- people->entry and maintain->assignment->other-end em[lpyment

Hi,

You cannot End the Active assignment because that will be the primary assignment of an employee. So you need to create a new assignment and make that as primary and then you can end your first assignment.
The logic is employee must have one Primary Assignment.

Solution:

1.People > Enter and Maintain
2.Query the Employee > Assignment
3.Create a New assignment
4.Go to Miscellaneous tab and enable the Primary check box.
5.Now you can end the first assignment.

Thanks
