Indian localization

hi to all friends
i want some documents in Indian Localizatoin. i do not know any thing about this . what is localization, how it works, how it is use full to the organizations? can any will help me in this regards. if any one have some documents then please send me.

Is there any error message at the top of the browser? Check it out...

When I am trying to open the file, it is giving me a list of programmes and when I am trying to go for Internet Explorer to open the same it is not showing anything.
Please help me out,

I can't help unless there is an error message. There is no issue in opening the files in my computer.

Try it in another PC or with different browser.
