SQL QUERY FOR RECEIVING&RETURNING ITEMS

When the requestor want to return a item he must type the reason why he is returning the item.Where or on what sql query table will find this because i am unable to find it.Where do i look [?] our user have been returning alot of items after ordering it and i want to see if there is a trend.
